<p>So I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re wondering how my 90 day challenge is going!  Well I have to say since I started it right before the holidays, pretty darn good! I did lose 11 lbs and 9.5 inches overall.  Cannot wait to share my Day 90 with you all!!!!</p>
<p>I did go on vacation to Disney w/ my family and also I got rear ended while driving so my back was messed up for a week.  No excuses though and I&#8217;m happy w/ my progress so far!!!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I restarted my 90 day challenge today because they released an amazing way to document our challenges w/ a new tool.  So I will be using that now to track my progress but had to start over to start at Day 1.  If you&#8217;ve been following my journey, you know I&#8217;m completely honest about what is going on in my own life w/ my health.  Well I&#8217;m ready to get out of the slump, get myself back and even take it to the next level than before.</p>

<p>I did AMAZING today w/ Day 1, here are photos to prove it!  I&#8217;m going to be using the <a href="http://www.smurphy.myvi.net" target="_blank">transformation kit</a> along w/ the paleo diet.  I got to eat bacon w/ my chicken &amp; broccoli  for dinner tonight <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Who doesn&#8217;t love that!!!!?  For my snack I also had a handful of raw almonds, not pictured below.<br />

<p>I did workout this morning and because of my &#8220;off&#8221; day yesterday, I have NO energy today.  Just shows that you need to feed your body correctly to give it power to make you stronger for your workouts and even daily activities!!!  I am also VERY sore!!!</p>
<p>We packed the car w/ our shakes and some healthy snacks and I will do my BEST for food choices while we are there.  I will tell you right now that Saturday night will most likely be my cheat night since we are having a team party and when you have so many people, we are doing pizza to make it easy.</p>
<p>So I will hopefully give you updates throughout the weekend but I cannot promise anything!  :)</p>

I&#8217;ll continue w/ my rest of my meals for the day below.  I&#8217;m definitely feeling more energetic during the day now and would say I even have more of a positive attitude as well.  Cravings are all going away which is awesome and I&#8217;m drinking a lot of water. So focused right now on my goals and realizing this is the best way to live.  We only have 1 body and we better take care of it, you cannot get a new one!!!  I want to be fit and strong at the age of 80 and not worry about things.  Doing things now in my 30&#8242;s are going to help me then.  So I ask you, are you stuck right now or are you doing good?  What could you work on to improve today?  How can you push yourself a little harder.  Remember if we keep doing what we&#8217;ve always done, we&#8217;ll get the same results or worst.  I challenge you all today to take it to the next level!!!!!</p>

<p><strong>Meal 1:</strong> Butterfinger Vi-Shake w/ unsweetened almond milk and coffee with a little cream</p>

<p><strong>Meal 3:</strong> Uncured beef summer sausage and a piece of organic string cheese</p>
<p><strong>Meal 4:</strong> We were out for a kid&#8217;s costume party and they had a buffet.  I loaded up on salad and the only protein I could find was fried chicken, hard boiled eggs and I had a little bit of sweet potato bites.   Had a glass of pinot noir while I was there too.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well today I was off schedule from the rest of the week.  So I was totally off track w/ eating.  I literally forgot to drink my shake for breakfast and didn&#8217;t eat until noon, at that time I had 2 eggs.  I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast so I know on the weekends, I&#8217;m going to work even harder at it.  For snack today I did have an organic apple w/ 1 TB of raw almond butter and I also sprinkled some cinnamon on the apples too.  My daughter ending up stealing some.</p>

<p>Then I did have a piece of organic string cheese after the apples as well.  For dinner, we kind of have a cheat meal.  We made homemade individual pizzas.  Mine had organic pizza sauce, ham, pineapple and mozzarella cheese.</p>
<p>So I didn&#8217;t end up eating a lot today and I know if I want to veg out tonight, that&#8217;s probably why.  Currently it&#8217;s 9:10 pm and I&#8217;m doing good but if I do get hungry I just might whip up a vi-shake quick.</p>
<p>Also today was rest day, no workout.  I did end up doing somewhat of an arm workout though after carving a bunch of pumpkins w/ the kids <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I couldn&#8217;t sleep very well last night but got up ready for the day.  If I had to workout on my own today, I might have skipped the workout honestly.  I&#8217;m very sore but still able to move, looking forward to my rest day tomorrow!!!!  Today we worked more upper body and abs and some leg workouts as well.  I&#8217;ll have to eventually take some video to show you some of the workouts we are doing because she comes up w/ some amazing moves and you can do them right in your own home.  Brenda maybe you should come up with a workout video <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />   We&#8217;ve been using the large inflatable ball, free weights and today some plastic plates (yes, like from your kitchen) <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>My diet so far has been awesome!  Feeling hungrier these days because of the workout but I&#8217;m fueling my body correctly now too.</p>
<p><strong>Meal 1:</strong> (before workout): Organic string cheese, cup of coffee w/ a little cream</p>
<p><strong>Meal 2:</strong> (after workout): <a href="http://www.smurphy.myvi.net" target="_blank">Butterfinger Vi-Shake</a>, TASTES just like it!!! YUM!</p>
<p>Here I am outside, walking my puppy around the yard and drinking my butterfinger shake</p>

<p><strong>Meal 3:</strong> Leftover 3oz of grass-fed ground beef burgers w/ 1 TB of organic ketchup</p>
<p><strong>Meal 4:</strong> 1/2 cup of raw almonds and a organic string cheese.  Also had my <a href="http://www.smurphy.myvi.net" target="_blank">nuero w/ vi-trim</a> during this time as well.</p>
<p><strong>Meal 5:</strong> 1/2 cup of homemade chili and some gluten-free corn bread muffin w/ some Earth Balance (1 tsp)</p>
<p>Ok, I had a glass of pinot noir tonight too <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had my workout this morning at 8:30 am.  I couldn&#8217;t move when I got up, lol.  Today I&#8217;m ready to take it to another level w/ my nutrition and feeling even more laser focused!!  I&#8217;m going to continue to write my post throughout the day and then post it this evening so it will be kind of like a journal.  I did take my before photos yesterday and will have the guts to post them soon.  Like I said I&#8217;m going to be completely transparent during this time.  I hope that someone can come back and see my 90 days and it will help them on their journey to health as well.  Today Brenda really kicked my butt in my workout and I felt like giving up so many times but thank goodness she was here to keep pushing me through.  Then I went out and got my haircut and colored right after.  I&#8217;ll share a photo below.  :)</p>
<p><strong>Meal 1 right after I woke up:</strong> 1 organic string cheese and a cup of coffee w/ a very small amount of cream.  Since we workout in the morning she recommended getting something small in my stomach otherwise I need to eat an hour before the workout.</p>
<p><strong>Meal 2 after my workout:</strong> Brenda brought over some homemade protein bars, I had to give it a try <img src='http://www.sarahbmurphy.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />   It was very good, I&#8217;ll have to get the recipe!!</p>
<p><strong>Meal 3:</strong> <a href="https://smurphy.myvi.net/join/body.html?Market=USA" target="_blank">Vi-Shake</a> w/ unsweetened almond milk, coffee, 1 TB of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004IWYB0Q/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B004IWYB0Q&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=getfitwitsar-20" target="_blank">chia seeds</a> and also some leftover 4oz of sweet potato fries</p>
