Day 6 of 90

Day 5 of 90

Well today I was off schedule from the rest of the week.  So I was totally off track w/ eating.  I literally forgot to drink my shake for breakfast and didn’t eat until noon, at that time I had 2 eggs.  I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast so I know on the weekends, I’m going to work even harder at it.  For snack today I did have an organic apple w/ 1 TB of raw almond butter and I also sprinkled some cinnamon on the...

Day 4 of 90

Day 2 of 90

Had an incredible day today!!!  Brenda came over and we did some plyometrics, leg and ab workouts today.  I can tell you what she pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself.  My diet has been amazing so far today and my water intake as well.  I have learned that since I am such a night owl that I will need to have my 2nd shake around 9 pm.  This will help w/ the late night cravings and also will not keep me from burning fat...
