I’m heading to St. Louis until Monday so to be honest I might not be able to update this every day like I have been doing.  We are on the road right now and let me tell you, driving through IL is a boring drive lol.  FLAT FLAT FLAT! Day 8 of 90

OK, I will honestly tell you today was OFF!!!!!!!!! Day 7 of 90

WOO HOO, I’m still going strong and it’s day 7!  This morning I had a great workout, wanted to give up several times lol.  Started my day bright and early w/ a Vi-Shake w/ spinach and this omega blend w/ strawberry & banana (1TB).  YUM!!!  I did have my cup of coffee as well w/ a little bit of cream added. Day 6 of 90
