Staying consistent

I know for me it’s sometimes hard to stay on track. Especially after my 100 lb weight loss, I felt I could slip a little more now and then but I’ve learned that I can’t. I need to stay on top of it all the time and it’s a lifestyle change.

My message to you today is that even if you have bumps in your weight loss journey. Remember we are all human and it happens. Just figure out what triggers your eating or why you went to food (boredom, stress). I think we should all have a treat now and then, I know it keeps me sane but not everyday. I usually do it once a week. :)

Remember we don’t lose all of our weight overnight and you didn’t gain that weight overnight either. It was repeating the same actions over and over and it added up to where you are today, even if those actions were small. Look at your daily habits, what changes can you make?

Change one or more of those habits and stick w/ it, it will eventually become a new habit :)

I will leave you with this quote: “Good habits, once established, are just as hard to break as are bad habits.” ~Robert Puller
